Supplier and manufacturer partnerships

Manufacturers, distributors, and trading companies may introduce what they sell, where they can discuss supply, and which documents they already have. The application is a request to be considered.

What is useful

  • The legal company name and a person who can answer questions.
  • The categories you actually supply, not every category on the form.
  • Countries you can currently discuss, stated honestly.
  • Documents you can provide. If you have none yet, say none yet.
  • Certifications only where you hold them, with the issuer if you know it.
  • Minimum order quantities only where you have already set them.

Private-label or contract production can be mentioned only when you can actually do that work. Do not offer products you are not permitted to sell.

Supplier application

This workflow is separate from a buyer enquiry. It is still only a request for review.

Your organization

A company address is preferable. A personal address is acceptable when that is how the business writes.

Optional. Include the country code.

The country where your company is based, not a market Meridian claims to operate in.

Interest

Select every description that applies. This does not confirm that Meridian can take the work on.

What you supply
Product categories

Prospective categories are areas of interest, not goods in stock. Available would mean the category is open for discussion, still without a promise of supply.

Name the goods and any specification you already have. Do not send requests for weapons or for products you are not permitted to trade.

Describe drawings, standards, labels, or certificates you can share. Do not include payment card numbers.

Supplier details

List only what is already true. Leave certifications and minimums blank if you have not established them. Submitting this application does not approve a commercial relationship.

If you cannot provide documents yet, say so.

Optional. Name only certificates you currently hold, including the issuer if you know it.

Optional. Include these only where a minimum is already established.

No payment is collected. Submitting does not accept an order.
