Become a buyer

Qualified importers, distributors, manufacturers, and procurement teams can submit a requirement. Meridian reviews it. The form does not open an account or reserve goods.

  1. 01Specification

    Describe the goods well enough that two suppliers would be answering the same question. Name gaps instead of leaving them looking decided.

  2. 02Quantity and unit

    A number needs a unit. Say whether it is a trial, a first discussion, or a figure you hope to repeat later.

  3. 03Destination

    Name the market the goods would enter. Rules, labeling, and cost change with the destination.

  4. 04Documents

    List what you need to see — a packing list, a test report, a specification sheet — and what you can already provide.

  5. 05Timeframe

    Give a preference. A date in the form is not a date Meridian has accepted.

  6. 06Commercial needs

    State a preferred commercial term if you have one. It is a preference for discussion, not a contract and not legal advice.
