Questions
Frequently asked questions
Plain answers about what Meridian is, what an enquiry does, and what the company does not claim to do.
What does Meridian Global Exports do?
Meridian Global Exports LLC is a United States company preparing to work with qualified businesses on international sourcing, export opportunities, and B2B trading relationships. The work it describes is commercial coordination: understanding a requirement, and, where appropriate, discussing it with a prospective buyer or supplier.
The company does not publish a product catalog, a price list, or a claim of completed shipments.
Are product categories currently available?
Categories are marked either Prospective or Available. Prospective means the category is an area of commercial interest and is not an offer of goods. Available would mean Meridian is prepared to discuss that category. It would still not mean that specific goods are in stock.
At publication, the categories on this site are prospective. The label is updated in the site’s category file when that fact changes.
Does submitting an enquiry reserve goods or confirm an order?
No. An enquiry asks Meridian to review a commercial request. It does not reserve goods, accept an order, create a contract, or promise a quotation.
Any later sale, purchase, or partnership would require its own written agreement.
Will every enquiry receive a quotation?
No. Meridian may ask for missing information, decline a request, or reply that it cannot take the subject further. A response time is not guaranteed. If a message is a quotation, it will say so. Ordinary correspondence is not a quotation.
What should a buyer include?
Company name, a person Meridian can write to, a business email, the product, quantity, unit of measurement, destination market, timing, and any specification or documents you already have. Origin preferences and commercial terms can be stated as preferences.
The buyer page and the quotation form follow that list. Incomplete requests are harder to review and may not be answered.
Does a supplier application mean Meridian will buy from us or represent us?
No. A supplier or manufacturer application is a request to be considered. It is not an approval, a listing, or a commercial relationship. Meridian may decline an application without a detailed explanation.
Do you provide customs brokerage, legal advice, or certification?
No. Meridian does not provide customs brokerage, legal advice, tax advice, or product certification. Classification, permits, origin documents, and clearances are the responsibility of the parties and of qualified professionals or authorities, unless a separate written agreement names a specific task.
Can you trade any product I send?
No. Meridian will not consider weapons, sanctioned goods, or products the parties are not permitted to buy or sell. Regulated products are not assumed to be acceptable because a category sounds broad. If a product needs a permission the parties do not have, the enquiry should not be sent.
Which countries do you operate in?
The company is a United States limited liability company. It does not publish a list of foreign offices or active country operations, because it is not claiming those. International origins and destinations can be discussed inside an enquiry. They are not pre-approved routes.
Do you collect payment card details on this website?
No. Enquiry forms do not ask for card numbers, bank passwords, or payment authorization. Do not send that information by email either.
How is information on an enquiry form used?
It is used to review and respond to the enquiry, to keep a record of the correspondence, and to protect the site from abuse. The Privacy Policy describes retention, service providers, and how to ask a question about your information.
Where is the company’s office?
A street address and telephone number are not published, because they have not been confirmed for this website. Correspondence is through the enquiry forms and the published email address, once that mailbox is active.
