Manufactured goods are a prospective category covering finished products and components a buyer may wish to source, or a manufacturer may wish to offer to commercial customers. There is no catalog and no standing stock.

Manufactured goods often carry safety, labeling, and electrical or chemical rules in the destination market. A factory’s ability to make an item is not the same as permission to sell it in a given country. Meridian does not provide conformity assessment.

Illustrative examples

  • Houseware and general consumer durables that are lawful to trade
  • Components described by a drawing or specification
  • Tools and general industrial products
  • Contract-manufactured goods only where a manufacturer confirms it can produce them

What to include if you enquire

  • A description, drawing, or sample reference that identifies the goods.
  • Applicable standards you already expect the destination market to require.
  • Quantity, pack, and whether tooling or private branding is part of the discussion.
  • What would make a quotation useful: unit price basis, packing, and the documents you need to see.

Considerations that sit outside this website

  • Weapons and other controlled items are outside the scope of enquiries Meridian will consider.
  • Safety standards, plugs, voltages, and labeling are destination rules. They are not waived by a commercial invoice.
  • A tooling or mold discussion is a separate commercial subject and is not agreed by submitting this website’s form.

Name the product, the quantity, and the destination. Meridian will say if the enquiry can be reviewed. That is not an acceptance.
